When understanding fails, what remains desire answers to the unsolved.

As suspicion unfolds, so goes the know it nots, proclaiming to know all
When contradiction and speculation become a vehicle, the road grows uncertain
Creating potholes out of loopholes in procedure and dividers out of racial notions.

The broken pieces of life reunite far out of arm’s reach
No longer can negativity’s contact impact weary souls
For remaining days hold what legacy has formed.

The Running

Life runs a race in which the winner is none. There is an equal opportunity pursuit for the one with the perseverance for achieving the goal. Although the journey takes its toll, at the end of the road is a piece of mind in a world full of confusion. The blind chases change in the search of illusions. Nobody ever warned them that the road was abusive, so they stop, drop, and roll to ruin.
